we send a “review request” email approximately five days after shipping for orders within Japan,
and approximately thirty days after shipping for international orders.
Those who leave a review with a rating of four stars or higher
will receive a 10% OFF coupon that can be used on their next purchase.
The coupon may be used for purchases made either online or in our physical shop.
We primarily introduce hand-crafted items made from natural materials,
and among them are many pieces that were once commonly made and used as everyday necessities.
Over time, however, both users and makers have gradually declined,
and these items have become unfamiliar and rare for most people today.
By learning how our customers actually use the items they purchase—
what they place inside a basket, for example, why a particular piece caught their attention,
their feelings toward the item, and how it feels to use—
